Best set of new 4 10" speakers for under $200?

I'm shopping for some speakers for my old '83 Fender Concert 4X10 open-back combo amp, to replace the kinda tired original Fender Eminence-made originals. I'm looking for speakers with good bass and midrange-handling capabilities, that aren't too bright-sounding (this amp can already get plenty bright), and crunch more than "fuzz", whatever that means on the Jensen descriptions. I'm looking for recommendations on new speakers that'll be under US$200 shipped for a set of four. That should narrow down my choices significantly. ;)

Currently, I'm looking at either the Jensen Mod 10-35, Jensen Mod 10-50, or Jensen Jet Falcon 10. I like the sound of the Jensen Jet Electric Lightning 10 in the Jensen demos, but unfortunately four of them is kinda out of my price range. I'm open to suggestions, but I'm not a huge fan of Eminence or Celestion, and anything boutiquey like Tone Tubby is kinda out of my price range. Good sound and durability trumps "vintageness" for this particular amp, so I'm not really looking at reissue type speakers as such, and I'm not looking to buy used either unless it's something that I can't resist. My old Fender Concert puts out a LOUD signal, it's rated for 60 watts but it sounds louder than that when cranked (I have a '80's Fender Concert 1x12 also that I can use for comparison).

TIA! :)

Warehouse Guitar Speakers

I heard them, I played them side by side the real ones.

Perfect.

Good suggestion! I had looked and listened to the demos of their G10C an G10C/S, they seem promising! They are a little out of my price range, but I could change my mind...I think I'll be doing some searching on YouTube for demos tonight. Still open to other options in the meantime.

Good Luck with that, I visited the site and i've got some pretty mean gas going on over the Invader 50, 12".

WRT to the WGS, you prolly wanna look at G10C/S over the G10C - a little smoother, less ice-picky. I don't have 'em, but I know someone who does and he prefers them over vintage ceramic Jensens for his blackface. That's saying something right there...

I have bought WGS twice - winners both times. B)
