FT: Gibson X-plorer Studio

This is a near mint condition 2003 Gibson X-plorer Studio in Studio Yellow with mini-hums. I got this from Kilroy last month. It is the smaller explorer body which balances very nicely and is light as a feather. I just cannot get used to the mini-hums and I would prefer not to cut it up. I will have pictures for anyone that needs them tonight.

The guitar is as minty clean as any new guitar can be. I will have pictures for anyone that is interested. I prefer a trade over a sale, but you never know. Looking for the following - Hamer Special FM, Hamer Artist, Hamer Duotone, Gibson Explorer, Les Paul or anything else that you may have.

Like I said, there is absoulutely nothing wrong with this guitar - I just don't like the mini-hums.

Here are a link to the pictures:

Thanx for looking,

Pete

Damn. I almost got stuck with one of those too, last year. It was the blue one. The other giutarist in my band told me to take it back, so I listened to his advice, and thats when I got my first Hamer.

Actually I like everything about the guitar except for the bridge tone. I think a Breed or Steves Special would round out the tone for me since I can't seem to sell it.
