Nathan of Brainfertilizer Fame Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 How do you figure out what trem arm to get for a guitar that's missing one?
cmatthes Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 Depends on the trem unit, the country of manufacture, the year...lots of variables.
murkat Posted June 5, 2016 Posted June 5, 2016 take said guitar, or just the trem to a Ace Hardware or fastenal and get thread type and size. Once you have obtained that key info, you can go from there. (once you have info, a machine shop can do the rest)

Fucking brilliant. Dan Erlewine just got out of bed to call and consult Stew Mac marketing geniuses on this latest "must-have jig/tool/fixture for my shop".
Steve Haynie Posted June 8, 2016 Posted June 8, 2016 Yup. A bunch of bolts with the heads dipped in different colored rubber coatings will be a sure seller.
