Carl.B Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 Eric Clapton often auctions off his music gear to help fund the Crossroads Centre in Antigua, and it's from the first in mid-1999 that Lot 103 was sold. That 1954 Fender Stratocaster dubbed Slowhand is now available again, with bidding kicking off at a million bucks. I guess I am out !
Hfan Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 Imagine what Leo would say. Pretty cool to look at for a second. How much did Clapton even use this one? As a museum piece I get that is relevant.
crunchee Posted November 26, 2020 Posted November 26, 2020 So, who owns it now, and how much profit are they looking at making from the sale?
Jorge Posted November 27, 2020 Posted November 27, 2020 They did not list the weight nor the fret condition, so I'm out.
