That's actually pretty good from a dealer.  They usually offer you 40-50%, depending upon where they project their sales.

I sold a bunch to some Reverb dealer like that who gave me a fair price on a bunch of Lovepedals. 
 

I also sent a few to Morgan music in trade for a Strymon Flint V2.
