PSA: Hamer Ultimate Artist #13 (1998) on Reverb

Saw this up on Reverb - https://reverb.com/item/72176904-hamer-usa-artist-ultimate-1998 priced at $5300.  Seems like a pretty steep increase from the Guitar Factory price he seems to have bought it for about a year ago.

Posted some screenshots of the discount Guitar Factory offered over on eBay.  I remember it was less than that when calling in with questions.

Updated: Price is now quite a bit lower

I bought one of these a year or so back and you are right there is an increase - but did I see aprice list from when they were first made at $8000?

They are awesome guitars and in todays terms welll worth it

That was significantly well into the run that they hit that retail price point.

the price in which you hesitated to pay at $3999 from Guitar Factory who ever they are, a year ago. You want me to sell you the guitar
for what you would have paid from a previous seller? I wrote you and gave you a direct price at $4300 cash and offered to meet you and hand deliver
the guitar. That price for this guitar was a GIFT! There are Gibsons and PRS's going for over $6000 and they are NOT worth it. We all know that.
PRS has flooded the market. I do like the new 59 Custom Shop Les Pauls, they are quality. But no where's near the Quality and craftsmanship of the Artist
Ultimate! You wrote me today and said you bought an Ultimate of this site for $3400 you could not be more full of it. Your whats knows as a tire Kicker!
And for you to post on ad on this site comnplaining about my price on Reverb is simply bush!

There is a hamer Artist Custom Red 2004 on Reverb right now for $3200
why not write that guy and tell him he is too high since your the authority
on pricing Hamer's! Or maybe you did, who knows...
