Stock Fenders work?  I've probably got some out in the shed you can have fo free (reference the other thread where us old guys were advising all the other old guys to get rid of their "stuff" - it'd be a start!).  I'll try to wade out there (rainy season here in the swamp) in a minute...

Doh!  Sorry. Reading is (still) fundamental.  I glossed over the fact you wanted covers with Seymour logos.  LMK if you decide otherwise.  Wouldn't Seymour Duncan just send you a set?
