That group that never won a Grammy definitely made a connection with more people. Having 50 years or more to do it helps a lot. Not winning a Grammy or being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame means nothing. Being a Grammy winner or Rock and Roll Hall of Fame means nothing. Award programs are about making money for the promoter in the same way that a battle of the bands is not about the bands.

You know that if Willie's guitar was a Gibson they would have made an official copy of it, and people would pay big bucks for a factory-ruined guitar.

Some bands have T-shirts. Some bands have pinball machines. Death metal bands have furniture!

What?!? Are you giving us a hint that if you order a guitar it comes with a drink cup that matches the color?

Oh, no! I have been wrong all this time, thinking Rush was better than Metallica, but Metallica did a song in 5/4 time and Rush did a lot of 7/8 time. So, Metallica were mathematically better than Rush.

Some songs suck in any language, any style, any artist... but when you have to put up with those songs it helps if the band playing recognizes what a joke their rendition is.

If it takes 30 minutes for a house to burn down, my guess would be that the number of guitars that would take longer than 29 minutes to get out would be too many.

Sadly, Metallica and the Andean Pan Pipe Players is a real possibility.
