  1. I don't mind Dave N. He's at least somewhat entertaining. Brooke B. is lame bore of a TV personality, no matter what she looks like.
  2. +1. She's hot and all, but a terrible TV host. And please Brooke, stop using the word "rocker". UGH! Expected response from the Carnie Wilson fan ....

  4. Dude, I was thinking the same thing. TOTALLY reminded me of Udo!
  5. I counted SEVEN people with the word "Producer" after their names during the end credits. 2 of those where Mark Burnett & Tommy Lee. What a load of LAME CHOICES TO BE ON A SINGING CONTEST SHOW! CRIMINY FLIP! Seriously. Only 3 of those contestants stand a chance, and at least half where flat out piss poor choices. Are they looking in the wrong place or just clueless? If I was a CBS exec heads would be rolling. Of course, I'll still watch though. Knockin' On Heavens Door dude has the best combo of pipes, look & attitude, Black Crowes dude is great if they wanna be Maroon 5 (which they don't I'm guessing) and last dude will get the gig. Jock dude was horrid! Gotta love Gilby-"That sucked". Tell it yo!
  6. Playing Concert For George on the store flat screen. Isn't It A Pity indeed.
  7. Damn. That guy brought a smile to my face everytime I saw him play, and ESPECIALLY on Concert For George. Love him.
  8. ........ Jack, you're killing me! Can I be in a band with you guys? Well,............. we don't ordinarily let strangers up on stage with us. But if you'll tune to A440 and don't screw up the lyrics..... then, maybe. Ah, but I'm not a stranger, and 440/remembering stuff is still (just) within my grasp.

  10. They're decent. I like the way they feel/play and sound. Popular item for us. I have all colors in stock, $149.
  11. So combined so far we have 5 opening shows for SK. iownit, do you have Bastards? That's my favorite SK record. Well, that and Water. And maybe... Hmmm...
  12. You started drinking tequila after your set? Bah.
  13. Typical "power ballad". There's alot more to them than that, although I don't think it was a bad song...
  14. I read all that stuff on Metal Sludge too. While there's always some truth in just about everything, Matt Kramer doesn't sound like he's playing with a full deck.
  15. Loved this band. Some corniness in the video but who cares. Opened for them once, got called on stage to sing. Serious highlight of my life! Love the harmonies. I always thought they where light years ahead of the generic hair bands they got lumped in with. The harmonies, guitar playing, the tribal vibe, very Jane's Addiction in spots. Jason Beiler (guitarist, eventually sang lead as well) is a genious songwriter. Had a band called SuperTransatlantic with Extreme's Pat Badger for about 5 minutes in the late 90's. Hostile Youth
  16. A lil something for the Dads on mothers day. Go Mane Attraction!
  17. Thanks for the review John. I really appreciate the kind words. Now, can I interest you in something simple, say, a Monaco Elite Mahognay?
  18. It's the normal gloss. They will do Satin though...
  19. Here's Satin Black Trans over Premium Flame:
  20. Do they make you carry their gear? They supply the instruments if that's what you mean.
  21. One more thing on band instruments/Music & Arts. Music & Arts will set a store like us up as a satellite location, allowing us to make a little more coin. I'm thankful for that.
  22. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. Be prepared to barely scrape by financially. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. Have an investor (or a great big bank loan) as a safety net so that you can make it through for a few years. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. Give as many music lessons as you possibly can. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. Rent band instruments. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. Even though failure is not an option, be prepared to close up shop after X number of years if it doesn't pan out. Make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life. And make sure there's nothing else you'd rather do in life.
