At the risk of being called Hamer's press agent... Who are you then? I don't want "designer" guitars....I want quality-made guitars that look cool while I play them for a price I'm willing to pay, and I AM willing to fork over the dough to get them as seen by my Hamer purchases over the past weeks. And yeah, in the future I can just vote with wallet elsewhere if I don't like what they're offering, as Elduave pointed out. But I suspect there'll be more than just me looking elsewhere. I don't know what your agenda is but it sure appears there's more to it than just commenting on a message board.

I love fiction, especially thrillers! Sorry, but I can't see anyone paying $20,000 for a new Hamer, as good as they are. Hamer is a niche brand, with a pretty small market. Yes, WE love them but for whatever reason, they've never broken out in the marketplace so to go ask $20,000 for a Hamer "limited edition" is truly a stretch IMO.
