  1. All my friends are skeletons, beat the rythm with their bones. Joe
  2. IMHO most of what has been said here about the positive effects of heroin is just uneducated guessing by those who have never used it. Everyone here that has actually used it said it's shit ( except the author ). Everyone I know that has actually used it said it is shit. Am I missing something? As for clean artists that still make good music, what about Eric Clapton? Johnny Winter? SRV?(rest his soul)Paul Rodgers, Phil Keaggy? on and on . Man, if you can't think of anybody then maybe it's time to buy some new cd's. It would be nice to think that there is some magic pill to take to be a better musician but it just ain't so. There are too many factors (TALENT, hard work, mass marketing, producers, ect. ) that made the music that we like to single out heroin as the key. These people didn't do it all on their own. There are MANY great musicians that have NEVER used heroin. Some have never been given the chance to be popular. Check your local music scene. It's too bad that this romanticizing goes on even after all the good people we've lost to this stupid drug. I'm sure it will continue and more people will die when they fall into the trap. Carry on. Joe
  3. HeHe.... Heroin=good music.... That's a good one!! Sober=bad music!! YOU GUYS ARE KILLIN ME!! Joe
  4. Not sure. Mine and Erics band is just getting going so we don't have anything booked that weekend (yet). I can see who's playing at Star Central, it's not far from where you'll be staying. You wanna hit the town on Sat night? Joe
  5. You're coming up here? Joe
  6. I've got a Nomad 55. It has taken awhile to find the sweet spots but I think it's a great amp and so do the guys in the band. It's a great compliment to the sound of a Marshall. Joe
  7. I have actually SEEN and SPOKEN to Ted all at the same time, he is very mysterious I might add, kind of blurry looking and sometimes there are 2 or 3 of him talking in unison. Joe
  8. I'd like to see somebody go to a Buckethead concert with a wristrocket and knock that shitty looking thing right off. Now that would be entertaining! I liked the teslacles joke BTW, see you next month Pam. Joe
  9. Welcome from the frozen north!(Mpls.) Joe
  10. It's the one in my avatar. Joe
  11. Jack, CONGRATULATIONS!! You may get angry, you may get yanked on, but you get the sh#t goin like no other. If I ever sell my Chap, I'll add an upcharge because it was once owned by "Black Magic" from the HFC. Will you sign it? Joe
  12. There is a Studio Custom just like that one w/ gold hardware, binding all around and inlay logo in a store by me and their bottom price is between 1900 and 2000. Joe
  13. My 2 cents (worth perhaps 1.5 cent accounting for inflation). I don't like the hot pups that are in the new Monaco. Having compared an older one loaded with 59-JB to brand spankin new, the old combo gets my vote. I'll classify myself as an "old ceramic bastard". Joe
