just copying and pasting, I don’t see a “USA” anywhere but maybe a refin. Can’t believe it is what he says it is though. 
 

Nice 80's shredder. Previous owner disconnected all the controls and just wired it to be bridge pickup and volume only, it can be re wired for everything to work but I don't have the time so that's why the price is so low but it's playable as is right now and has brand new strings

Deffo not a USA (look at the crappy block on the licensed trem)! So it's an import which means it is definitely not 1980's as they started around 1992 (Korea). Look like Bill Lawrence pickups but if it's an import they would not be BL pups so they are likely cheap copies and a later addition. Well worth the money if someone wants to restore it back to better than new spec...

Definitely not USA.  No serial number on the back of the headstock.  By the way, the back of the neck looks, to me, like it has a horizontal seam.

Import - cool paint - possibly good pickups - well worth $175   For another $100 change trem to a Gotoh 1996T and you are rolling..if it was here I would be buying it and doing exactly that
