This is an amazing tale about resurrection. A FB friend, Bart Man, sent me these photos of a Hamer guitar which has a "marble" finish I created many years ago. When he received it from the owner, for repairs, it had been in a FLOOD, and had spent 10 days under water ! The guitar and all the cavities were covered in MUD ! Bart cleaned it, replaced electronics and other damaged components, and the result is what you see here. This is a testament to the superior quality that the people at Hamer put into every guitar that they produced ! I'm amazed and pleased that Bart Man, through his diligence has returned this guitar to functionality ! Thanks for saving some of my artwork as well.
