I don't recall the builder. There is no neck route-the body is slab-cut and beveled on the edge (not 100% on the bevel-I'll check, but I'm pretty sure-) been a while since I've looked at this stuff closely! You could route your own neck joint.

I've tried to get back to as many people as possible-here's an update:

The Rio JBass pickup is sold, as is the Hamer Slammer and some of the tuners, but I have more tuners and more Slammers around.

I also have some Hamer/OBL pickups I believe as well as some double cream Hamer Dimarzio PAFs.

Sorry-never got it. The nut is 1 11/16". Profile is a slightly rounded, very comfortable. I said Jamco, but that's the "custom shop"" arm of Musikraft.

Brian-got it. That should fit it. Might need to remove some foam on the insert for the body-it fits a larger B08M style now.

Neck blanks are neck BLANKS. Cut your own headstock and shape to your own preference. Fingerboards attached and fret slots cut. Project stuff-not bolt on as soon as you open the box. VERY cool and top quality stuff though.
