His website is www.glacieramps.com You might be able to make beautiful music together... pun intended, of course.Tell him I sent ya. Craig Roeder
Mr Fuzzy Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 How about a "flipped" version where the chassis sits on the bottom of the cab?Just a matter of putting the feet and handle on the opposite side.Or are they all ready made.
sirDaniel Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 they look GREAT. However, I have no desire for an epijr. If you're branching out, I would love one for a different chassis. like a valvetech.
mattb Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 they look GREAT. However, I have no desire for an epijr. If you're branching out, I would love one for a different chassis. like a valvetech.I believe he'll build whatever as long as he has the proper dimensions. Gonna get my MKIII to him and have a head and 1X12 made..woo hoo!
DEMENTED Posted December 1, 2006 Author Posted December 1, 2006 Yes, I will build a cab for whatever amp you want as long as I have the proper dimensions to do so.What do have in mind? Let me know. How about a "flipped" version where the chassis sits on the bottom of the cab?Just a matter of putting the feet and handle on the opposite side.Or are they all ready made. They are already made...but I can do more. If I follow what you are saying the writing on the amp would be upside down? If that does not bother you I could do one.
Mr Fuzzy Posted December 1, 2006 Posted December 1, 2006 They are already made...but I can do more. If I follow what you are saying the writing on the amp would be upside down? If that does not bother you I could do one.Yep upside down.I would make a new faceplate or paint it with some correct lettering. But then again do I even need directions for one switch and one knob? A minimalist solid color could work.Hmmm the wheels are turning.
Stokesdead Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 I can do alluminum faceplates if you need one. ~Chris
santellavision Posted December 7, 2006 Posted December 7, 2006 There's an article in this months Vintage Guitar mag (just came today) about modding these heads. They are raving about them!
