WORD

I placed my Custom Standard order at the end of November; I'm figuring April/May timeframe.

The waiting is killing me too bro..hang in there.

You guys shouldn't be complaining about the wait time. Consider yourselves lucky that it's not a Driskill (4+ yr wait) or a DeTemple (5+ yr wait).

That top is killer! Congrats!

1. the route looks the same, but in my studio, it doesn't go through the maple to the mahogany beneath.

2. I didn't say anything about the neck angle when I ordered my Studio, so I don't know what they did

3.Did you go with a maple neck or a mahogany one?

4.And what type of custom pickups did you spec out (or do you mean it has 2 Duncan Customs )?

1. Look close, the route "ramps" down into the body. Usually a level route for a recessed floyd. very cool detail.

2. I wanted to be sure when I ordered, my request, that the Floyd would be the same height as in relation as if there was a Tom bridge. I do not care for close strings to the top side of body.

3. Actually Mahogany with a rosewood board.

4. zebra Duncan 59' neck, zebra duncan JB trem spaced bridge, NO LOGOS inbossed. ( a trem JB sounds like the JB's from the way past... well usually,)

5 string setup~ 11 thru 46.

6 its on its way to the dealer today :D

Cool specs! As far as the route goes, I think that's how Hamer does all of them. The Floyd routes on my Studio, the few Californians I've had, the Diablo and the Chap are all slanted into the body like that. It's a nice design; you get to see the wood (no silly rubber pad) and still have plenty of range on the Floyd. That guitar should be killer!
