elduave Posted July 27, 2007 Posted July 27, 2007 They've got a bunch of specials going, and a list of B stock too. E-mail me (no PM's please) if there's anything you're curious about...Toodles.
bbobb24 Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 You're a tease.. Will the specials still be there when a certain Monaco arrives?
elduave Posted July 28, 2007 Author Posted July 28, 2007 Hmm. The deals are good thru 8/31 and the B-Stock of course is gone whenever it's gone. Let's see if the stars align...
Jorge Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 Dave, where can we see a list of the specials? Thanks.
elduave Posted July 29, 2007 Author Posted July 29, 2007 The special sheets are for dealers (extra discounts and stuff). Let me know what you're after and I can give you a price...
elduave Posted October 5, 2007 Author Posted October 5, 2007 Found out that more B-Stock Switchblade 50 combos are available. I'm gettin' one for the store, let me know if you want one drop-shipped. $1089 includes US shipping. Lower 48 only. B-stock can be open, demo, show, forklift dinged, etc. pieces. Full warranty, but likely cosmetic issues.
Brooks Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 i got a b-stock switchblade combo from dave and it kicks all kinds of arse! best deal going, killer amp.
elduave Posted October 12, 2007 Author Posted October 12, 2007 Switchblade 50 B-Stock in-store, along with Edition Tube 1st quality deal. I have a feeling I'm gonna be pimping one of these at my next electric gtr gig. I am *really* digging the tones. All very useable. The Crunch channel on the Switchblade is doing so much more than the Crunch channel on my TSL. Dialed up a killer Hiwatt-Jet-Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is sound last night.
DavidE Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 I should probably get a 50 watt combo, but I'm having fun with the 100 watt head.We played our first full band gigs last week and the second gig was in one of our "regular" clubs. My singer went out front while the other three of us did a tune and he told me my guitar sounded HUGE out front. I'm pretty pleased with the thing.
serial Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 I've been a fan of the H&K stuff since '95 when I got my first one.
DavidE Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 I still have a HK Tube 50 in the basement. I should sell it, but it's cool and it's dreamy since I got it from Paults.
paults Posted October 12, 2007 Posted October 12, 2007 The Tube 50 is a nice sounding amp, but they have really hit the mark for me with the Switchblade. I've used mine on nearly every gig for a year, with no intentions of replacing it.
