95 Hamer Studio for Sale

I thought I had a buyer, but it slipped through...so for my Hamer friends...for sale...to fund my next Hamer...asking $700 plus shipping with OHSC (negotiable). The tuners are Locking Sperzels (professionally installed), but have the originals (which are Grovers)). Also, I have dulled the finish on the neck, per BCR Greg's instructions, and it is reversable. Please let me know if you have questions. Please email me or PM me with questions.

I couldn't get the pictures to post in the message, but here they are from the Member pages...

Dulling the finish on the neck just gives it a smoother finish. The BCR secret is ScotchBrite pads...slightly moisten the pad and run the pad up and down the neck...a little bit at a time. The finish becomes dull, but does not go away.

Don't suppose you'd be interested in a trade for a 7 string?

I have a student shopping for a studio/sunburst , I'll definantly let him know about this one, his lesson is monday night , I'm a sucker for natural finish, that top is stellar!

I have this guitar's twin and I'm tempted to buy it myself. You couldn't get a comparable Gibson for twice this price.

This make two guitars today I would jump all over if I didn't have to hold on to my investment capital.

DAMN DAMN DAMN!!!!!!

In response to Travis...sorry, not interested in a seven-string trade (I can hardly play 6 stings ;)

Also, thanks Chris for helping me with the pictures...but I have to know...what are these tags you refer to? I was just getting used to the old board before this one was made...I'm sort of a newbie on these boards...but have been in lurk mode for nearly three years...thanks,

Erik

Stupid question, but, when I reply to the emails I receive through the message center, are they going back to the people that sent them to me through the message center?

When I click the properties on that email, it appears as though they are, but I just want to be sure that people are receiving my responses.

Thanks to all that have inquired thus far...Erik

Hi Erik, Yes I have been receiving your emails and thank you for your replys. I would like to ask a couple of questions about the guitar. First off, I am assuming it is U.S. made and second of all, can the back of the neck be shone up again? If yes, how. As far as the shipping is concerned, Ihave have never shipped anything myself, but have receiced some things from U.s. no problems. Again, thanks for your replys. Mario.

Hey Buster nice guitar. The tags he is referring to are HTML tags they tell a browser what is between the tags for instance for pics you would use the IMG tag then close it after the URL with a closed tag like so /IMG. These tags must have [] brackets around them. I can't do it to show you or it gives me an error because it thinks a pic is in there. When you do it on this board just:

1. Copy the address of the pic CTRL + c then click on the IMG button up top of the message where you want to put it.

2.Then click CTRL + v to paste the address in. The IMG button will put the tags in for you. I hope this didn't make it worse.

He did say his price was negotiable and I give you credit for offering more than the standard $350.00. ;)

If I had the money I would negotiate a bit and try to grab this one.

Mid 90's Studio's with the wraparounds RAWK!!!!

Well, hell if I had the money I'd be all over it, too. Fact is, I'm broke. I don't know why my stupid car had to die. Since I got the new vehicle last week, I can't justify spending any money on new guitars. I thought I could always justify spending money on new guitars. Either way, that's a sweet Studio.

Hi everyone, I am the one who has bought this beautiful guitar! Buster is a real gentleman and very helpful! By the way, ever since coming on board to hamerfan club(about 2 weeks), I have bought 2 guitars, this and a 93 Hamer USA Special P-90. Is there some sort of disease on this website that makes people buy Hamers?

Mario: Um, yes, there is something in the water here on this board...the GAS is phenomenal...thanks again!

Erik
