acmost Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Greetings...new here but Dave Eidelberg could probably say something bad about me. Looking for an older Hamer Artist Custom w/trapezoid inlays. TIA!
DavidE Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Andy is a playa's playa. I've seen him play fusion in a small club and country/pop/rawk in a 20,000 seat arena and acoutic for one of my favorite acoustic duos. Almost forgot about the county fair.... Awesome in every situation. And modest. You may have heard his playing on demo clips for some superior products.Damn nice guy to boot.
ArnieZ Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 This one could possibly be available. 96 Artist Custom quilt top gold hardware excellent plus shape. If interested you can email me or PM me. It will definitely be on the higher end of the price spectrum. ArnieZ
Mike_C Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Another 96 that I would let go but it's not a bottom feeder.
Mike_C Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Got your email and sent you a reply. Not sure why you can't respond to your own posts.
acmost Posted August 13, 2007 Author Posted August 13, 2007 There I am! Hey y'all thanks for the responses. I guess I didn't have full access & Hamer Board privileges yet. Anyway great looking guitars. I didn't know much about hamers and learned a little today. I suppose I'm looking for '59 Burst type finish with medium profile neck but I'm considering all. Again thanks.
cmatthes Posted August 13, 2007 Posted August 13, 2007 Andy:You were still in "Validating" status. I fixed that for you. Yeah, Mr. Eidelberg has already been trash talkin' ya!Good luck in your search - those are cool guitars and the good news is that they seem to turn up regularly for sale.

acmost Posted August 14, 2007 Author Posted August 14, 2007 Stawker. Bump.I'm not sure if "bumping's" allowed.
cmatthes Posted August 14, 2007 Posted August 14, 2007 Bumps are cool, just not on an hourly basis. As long as it's reasonably done, no worries about keeping it in focus.

Again thanks.Someone correct me here, but from what I've seen on this board and on Ebay there aren't as many sunburst Artist Customs out there as there are, say, Studio Customs. Most of the Artist Customs I've seen are natural, or amber, or a non-stock color like trans green. Maybe I've looked at the Willcutt site one time too many...
Buster Posted August 16, 2007 Posted August 16, 2007 You mean like this? (photo by Uncle Greg of BCR Music - the guitar, however...mine) This one would not be even close to bottom feeder...but for the right offer, anything I have is for sale... E
