cswilder Posted February 6, 2008 Posted February 6, 2008 Due to mounting debt it's starting to not be sensible for me to hold on to this guitar. Up for grabs is a 59 Junior in player/collector condition. To the best of my knowledge non-original items are the case, jackplate, volume pot, and tailpiece which is an aged pigtail. Modifications are limited to it being Groverized and receiving a quality refret with jumbo frets. Period correct tuners have been re-installed. The case is a stickered up black historic case. The guitar shows tons of checking and lots of edge wear and dings, but has no cracks or breaks. The neck is quite chunky and the guitar plays great with the jumbo frets. The original p90 screams and the electronics work perfectly. I'd like to get $6k or so, but I'll consider partial trades if it makes it easier for you.
