It's in excellent condition with two very minor exceptions -- There is a small ding just up from the output jack on the side. Was there when I got it and I never even noticed it...

The other is a small nick at the top of the headstock. That may have also been there when I got it but I never noticed it until I was taking the pictures this afternoon... (Sorry about the dust...)

Came with Rio Grande JazzBar at the neck and BluesBar at the bridge. Tone Pros Bridge (Original included).

Price - $1050 $975 $940 shipped in CONUS.

In case you're looking, I also have available:

  • Alesis ADAT LX20 -- low hours, heads need a good cleaning. Is anyone still using tape? Will include manuals and 10 Sony DASV-40 ADAT tapes still in shrink wrap. Price -- $150 shipped CONUS or best offer.
  • TASCAM DA-45HR -- 24 bit DAT player recorder. Flaky tape loading mechanism -- everything else fine. Was going to get it fixed, but never got around to it. Cosmetically excellent, very low hours on the heads. Price - $100 shipped CONUS or best offer.

PayPal okay. Interesting similar value trade offers welcome:

  • Solid body (Studio, Monaco, LP or similar),
  • acoustics (Resonator/dobro, nylon, good quality mando, etc.),
  • bass (fretless)
  • Synth modules/keyboards
  • Good quality studio mics, etc...

It plays like butter. The tone is amazing clean, and gets better when the gain goes up. Neck is very comfortable. Really, a great instrument.

Problem is, I'm primarily a solo acoustic player. If I'm doing something live that requires an electric, I'll grab my Taylor T5 or Newport or Strat. These are the tones my ear gravitates to. As much as I dig the tone of the Korina, it's not my go to guitar, and I don't play enough electric to warrant it sticking around and taking up space. That's why it's gotta go. It's a smokin' blues, jazz and rock guitar that needs to be played...

Greg -- Thanks! It'd look great in your shop!

This was my guit-fiddle previously and let me tell you brothers, those Rio Jazzbar/ Bluesbar P90s sing! Teh was aces to deal with as well...

I've got the same pickups in my AK (bought from Brewmaster) and the whole combination is unbeatable. It quickly became and remains my number one electric. A truly inspiring guitar.
