Nathan of Brainfertilizer Fame Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 So. How much is a Prototype at 80% (paint and name stripped off) worth?
straightblues Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 Hard to tell. Most of the guys here seem to like there guitars in very good condition. I like mine beat up so I tend to buy them really cheap. I would guess $300 to $400. Post some pictures and you will get a better idea.
serial Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 No logo and no serial number-$300 tops. Worth more in parts if all original stuff (including case) is there. Great guitars, but logo-less and to a lesser extent w/o serial number really affects value. THIS is a Prototype!
velorush Posted December 23, 2008 Posted December 23, 2008 If you're looking at this one, eBay Prototype it's been on there for a really long time (months). There are a lot of nice guitars that can be had for that BIN.

The $550 Jeff Watson BIN never happens to me.
