DavidE Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 I have two digital cameras to PIF. One is a Fujifilm FinePix 1300 1.3 Mega Pixel camera. It runs on 4 AA batteries. It comes with two giant memory cards; a 32MB and an 8 MB. The pictures aren't bad at all and would be fine for casual personal photos, Ebay and other uses. The second is a Kodak EasyShare DX4530 5.0 Mega Pixel camera that comes with a docking station. Download the Easyshare software from Kodak.com and you can store photos online, do one touch transfers etc... This camera uses a full size SD card and comes with a 128MB card. The rechargeable batteries are long dead, but it will work with two AA's or you can buy new rechargeables and they'll charge on the docking station if you get the right ones.If you want either, post first in this thread and then send an email. Not that I anticipate a rush for either, but just in case I will go by order of the responses to this thread. Thanks,David
frankb Posted May 25, 2009 Posted May 25, 2009 My daughter would love one if it's available. Thanks either way

frankb Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 Very cool of you- you've made a first grader very excited!
DavidE Posted May 28, 2009 Author Posted May 28, 2009 I got both out yesterday via priority mail. Enjoy and buy some AA batteries!
tomteriffic Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 The rechargeable batteries for the EasyShare are still available from Kodak, BTW
Armitage Posted May 28, 2009 Posted May 28, 2009 The rechargeable batteries for the EasyShare are still available from Kodak, BTWWhen I got my first digital camera I went through batteries like nuts. Like 10 quick pictures and they were dead! It turns out that while most rechargeable don't last as long as regular batteries, lots of Alkaline batteries just don't like that big quick draw of a digital camera, but rechargeable lasted ages and are rechargeable. And a big thumbs up to DavidE too!
