FS: '91 Sunburst Archtop

'91 in Salmon Blush with a spectacular top. This is one to play as hard as you want and is in player condition with a small neck crack repair. Pre-worn so go nuts! :lol:

The repair was to address a crack, as there was not a complete failure of the neck. It is solid and while the overspray doesn't match perfectly it is a minor cosmetic issue in the grand scheme and was said to be done by a very reputable local shop.

There are several long finish cracks on the top and the bridge and tailpiece studs are worn and tarnished. Nut much in the way of big nicks or dings, just honest wear throughout, with the exception being the frets which are remarkably fresh. The binding is pulling away in a couple spots, too (see pics), but is in no danger of falling off or crumbling.

It comes with its OHSC and is loaded with a set of Gibson Burstbucker Pros. It will have the stock tuner buttons or I have a couple sets of different pearl jobbies I can part with for those that like the lighter headstock thing.

The color is mostly Orangy-red rather than pinkish. It looks like Salmon, but the farm-raised rather than the wild Coho I had last week :lol: . Stadium logo so only the dimmest bulb will ask you what model PRS that is.

Slightly washed-out direct sun pic;

How about SOLD!

PM or email carfish7@gmail.com or call 612-703-3990 with any questions. Yes, the neck is on the slender side, but not anywhere near Ibanez Wizard territory. It is a good one for sure, and still quite a looker in spite of the mileage.

Thanks!

(That's a seriously nutty low price by the way, Z) :lol:

Sold!

And welcome to the HFC, brother Singlecoil.

I know it was cheap, but it was cheap when I bought it and I'm trying to maintain good Guitarma here. Even though I'm selling everything, I WILL be seeking again someday (unless I buy that damn Mirage I today -back OFF Ray! :lol: ), so it pays to pass on my good fortune, no? I don't think it will crash anyone else's value since it has significant wear and a neck crack repair (you saw the pics, right?) so it's all good AFAIK.

It now becomes someone's "first Hamer", one that they got a killer deal on, and another player achieves enlightenment via Arlington Heights :lol:

Thanks all.

Thanks for the warm welcome from everyone and mucho gracias to you Chris for the great deal you gave me. I can't wait to get my hands on that puppy dawg. I'm 53 years old and feel like a little kid waiting for Christmass morning. Oh Yeah and the wife didn't blink an eye so it is definitely all good. Take care fellas.

Had a nice chat with this fine gentleman today, and heard tell he's comfortable with his Tele that has a big "V" shaped neck and maybe some additional tonal options in the switching :lol:

Sooooo, I'll wager Tally.

Thanks again, Singlecoil!
