DavidE Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 Great guitar. I have too many strats and rarely play them anymore. Comes with the original hardshell case. Now $700 shipped in the 48 states. More pics: http://s45.photobucket.com/albums/f61/deid...01994%20Orange/ It has some dings and blemishes. See the photos. A couple of extra screws holes on the back from a regular strat trem cover.
DavidE Posted September 11, 2009 Author Posted September 11, 2009 Don't like the price? Make an offer.
cmatthes Posted September 11, 2009 Posted September 11, 2009 That is a nice one. If I didn't have so dang many projects to wrap up and 2 guitars coming in over the next few weeks/month, I'd buy that one back in a heartbeat.Cool finish (haven't seen "Vintage Orange" on another Daytona ever)and lightweight for one of those guitars.

cmatthes Posted October 7, 2009 Posted October 7, 2009 And a bump to get our other great Daytona to the top.Feynman says this best.
Surfanarchist Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Man I think that is a gorgous guitar. I'm new to Hamers, I've a Mirage 1 (1994) and a Studio (2008) and I love em both. Only thing holding me back on this Daytona is I'm in Ukraine. I have a Virginia mailing address and anything that goes there comes to me here in a State Department pouch but I don't know if I trust that system with something like this. What to do?????

I'd think there's less chance of damage for a round the world trip. I'm willing to ship to Virginia, but not to the Ukraine.
DavidE Posted October 8, 2009 Author Posted October 8, 2009 Thanks for the offers, but $650 shipped is as low as I'll go unless you pick it up. Otherwise, it will sit until the market bounces back a bit.
SteveB Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Hey, I needed something to fill the sparkly pickguard niche ever since I got rid of my old Musicman Silhouette.
Always Broke Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Aaawwww. Guess I dropped the ball on that one, but I'm glad it got picked up. A really nice guitar! Maybe it's a sign....
Surfanarchist Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Whew... That was close....I"m glad it's found a home.
