thecajunboy Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I've got my eye on something right now that might motivate me to move my BCR Jr. No pics right now, looks like my photo hosting has been screwed. I'm working on getting that fixed by later today. This one is vintage orange. Not a mark on it. Only very minor fretwear down in the lower register. There are modifications. Pickup has been swapped for a Lollar, the bridge is a Pigtail vintage style unit, and the controls are the RSGuitar Vintage mod kit. All the stock pieces are still here with me if anyone would desire going back to original condition. I've got a wedding to attend today, so I won't be around for awhile. I'd like to know if there's any interest in this guitar, and of course, what a willing price would be. Feel free to comment away on this one, but PLEASE keep price offers private and either e-mail or PM them to me. No guarantees that I'll even agree to a sale as there are some other things that need to line up.
gwayne Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I've played this guitar on two different occasions. It's amazing. Easily one of the top three guitars I've ever had my hands on. At the Cajun Jam a few years back, this was the one guitar that got zero down time in the rack - it was ALWAYS in someone's hands. I tried to buy it from Mark back then but he said no. This has GOT to stay with the HFC. Got to.
Jeff R Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 +1,000 and then some on gwayne's comments. I've logged my share of frequent flyer miles on that one and it's my favorite guitar in CB's arsenal, without question.
bubs_42 Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Sounds like its broken in just like I like them.
thecajunboy Posted November 15, 2009 Author Posted November 15, 2009 Still got my eye on the prize, but I'm taking a less painful approach. Other gear will hit the sale block for now. Thanks for the interest and kind comments fellas.
