If I recall, the Diablo, Special, T-51 and Daytona all listed at or around $800 in 1992-93.

Diablo: $899.00

Centaura: $1,499.00

Centaura Deluxe: $1,799.00

T-51: $899.00

Daytona: $899.00

All prices US and does not include custom options or case. (cases were $125.00 for the guitars)

As Serial said above, add the original Diablo to those "budget models" that listed at $800 when they were introduced in the early 90's. I remember Frank U thinking the Diablo "had too much hardware" to pull it off at that price point. I think Frank was right and that is the reason prices were adjusted almost immediately.
