BadgerDave Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 There's a 50% chance that I'm going to have an extra pair of upper deck corner tickets for the Panthers/Packers game this coming Monday night. Jack C gets 1st dibs 'cause he piloted to the hellhole, umm, I mean wonderfully eclectic restaurant last HFC Factory Tour. Plus, he's the only one here who I know is a Panthers fan. If Jack passes, the tickets go to the first person to respond to this post and agree to the following:Available for face value ($90.00) for the pair. I'll meet you at the game for the handoff. I'll be able to confirm availability within a day or two. Oh, one more thing. You have to promise to behave well enough to avoid being tossed and putting the owner's PSL in jeopardy.
Nathan Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 You have to promise to behave well enough to avoid being tossed and putting the owner's PSL in jeopardy. That eliminates me.
Jack C Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Thanks Dave, that's very cool of you. I'm trying to track down my brother to see if he wants to go with me. I'll let you know ASAP. Are you definitely coming down here for the game?
BadgerDave Posted September 27, 2005 Author Posted September 27, 2005 Yes, we'll be there assuming Northworst Airlines is still flying.
bobbymack Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 2nd dibs if JackC's law firm coughs up some company tix for him...

Jack C Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 2nd dibs if JackC's law firm coughs up some company tix for him... Hey Bob - I could probably score some tickets for client development. You want to hire me for something? Dave - assuming Bobby doesn't bring in a big retainer anytime soon, I definitely want the tix. Let me know if they become available and thanks again.
bobbymack Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Hey Bob - I could probably score some tickets for client development. You want to hire me for something? Hell, my little outfit can't afford you big downtown firms...

BadgerDave Posted September 28, 2005 Author Posted September 28, 2005 Jack,Sorry to report that my sister-in-law re-claimed the extra tickets last night, so they're not available. Bummer! Steve, thanks. Yes, those are my retirement fund: '66 Vibrolus Reverb, '67 Deluxe Reverb, '54 Champ, '65 Princeton Reverb and '62 Princeton. The big tweed one is a new reissue '57 lo-power Twin.
Jack C Posted September 28, 2005 Posted September 28, 2005 Sorry to report that my sister-in-law re-claimed the extra tickets last night, so they're not available. Bummer! Dang. Oh well, I appreciate the offer. If I end up getting some tickets I'll let you know and we can try to hook up at the game.
silentman Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Ahem... I drove your ass somewhere as well as JackC's around last HFC. No respect I tell ya.
MCChris Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Ahem... I drove your ass somewhere as well as JackC's around last HFC. No respect I tell ya. SirDan and I carted him back and forth from Chicago to the factory a couple of years ago. Christopher Reeve made more physical movements than Badger did during that trip.

Chris couldn't have beaten me to the Oasis Duncan Donuts counter during his Superman days!

silentman Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Tell you what. I'll offer you the tickets then snatch them back too. That's OK Dave. It probably would have been a really long drive for me, anyway. I'll accept that special you're unloading.
sirDaniel Posted September 29, 2005 Posted September 29, 2005 Christopher Reeve made more physical movements than Badger did during that trip. LMAO!!!! oh man, good visual. It was high quality second hand smoke though...
