After some searching found him. The video is from a stationary backstage camera (good quality) but inability to see him from the front makes no difference since his face really doesn't ring a bell anymore... And Kiz, that would be the Timpani Cam.Given the age of Tubular Bells, I thought Mike Oldfield would be in his '70s, but he's my age, which means he recorded Tubular Bells when he was 19. Not a bad way to get started, eh? Nothing sells albums like a movie tie-in. Not to mention that his album launched Virgin Records.
