diablo175 Posted June 11, 2013 Author Posted June 11, 2013 What do you call that colour? Does it have a name?neon Chartreuse
Rodan Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Here she is, in all her retina-searing glory! That suggests a kind of radioactive heat, y'know?! Really stunning! AND...(hat off, saluting) no mounting ring. I always KNEW that'd look badass! Congratification!
murkat Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Awesome! hats off to all involved! To be sure, Jay had a major hand in this: swapping guts and p'ups , dressing frets, eradicating evidence of someone else' custom specs, etc. And Stike did an awesome job on the refin and putting all back together from the looks of it
LucSulla Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Oh dear... I suddenly feel pangs of tacky 80s shred desire.
diablo175 Posted June 12, 2013 Author Posted June 12, 2013 Yes, as mentioned at the very beginning of the thread, Stike did the radioactive paint work and assembly. Hats off to both Jay and Stike for a kick-ass transformation. Just got a photo of Stike's work on my Cali. Two words: Holy. Shit. That is all.
hectorp Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 Oh awright. Here: second from the left. Awesome!....making personal revisions of these guitars is our way of keeping the brand alive. By the way, the item at the far left is my T-62 that I had Stike refinish in Dakota Red and dropping in H-S-S Bardens . Soon I will have my own " 'T was a good day" post....
cmatthes Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 I am patiently awaiting that same day, Chris...at least a few more times! (Soon too, I think)
