Hamer LEDs...9v?

Question for those of you with Hamers that have fretboard LEDs...9 volt operation or something else?

Also, I seem to recall someone posting up a SS(?) where the LEDs had a sequential (or "chase") pattern...was I imagining that? Were most LEDs just an "on/off"? Any input appreciated..

3V - you need a holder for 2 x 1.5V with a 9V type connector. Most were on/off, but a few could do tricks.

9v will burn them out and there's no way to fix them w/o ripping the board off.

Radio Shack

Thanks Studio Custom. I checked Stewmac and they didn't have it. I should have thought about radio shack. Damn, I better hurry before they close the store down by my house. Used to love Radio Shack. Build crystal radios and all sorts of electronics from them as a kid. Not much demand for the stuff I enjoy with the younger set.
