PSA 80s Blitz project with hockey headstock

Anybody see this one?  No affiliation but if its really just needing a bridge and pickups then it could be a nice score depending on how high the auction goes:

It always makes me wonder why it isn't a whole guitar 🤔... Twisted neck or truss rod issue?.. Bad "dead" sounding guitar?.. or?

What's a fair price for a complete hockey-stick-head Blitz?  1800-2200 range? (just a guess)

This one's already hitting close to 1300 w/shipping and tax.

Can someone tell me what tremelo that route in the body is for?

I don't live far and may ask to meet to check out neck, frets and truss rod.

Anything I should be looking for?
