Went ahead and sprung for shipping, as I have an 81 Special and case for it was destroyed several years ago. Joined HFC a month or so ago, and still somewhat in lurking mode, but had been keeping an eye out for a stray case.
Jim85IROC Posted February 10, 2022 Posted February 10, 2022 Nice snag HDB. If it was local (and not gone) I would have gone after it myself. My Eclipse came without the OSHC, though it did come with a really cool checkerboard case, so I did the only logical thing and ordered the matching strap. 😁

'82 - looks identical (save for the knobs someone put on mine).

Indeed! Although I think yours has a checkerboard on the headstock, and mine lacks that. Have owned this one since the mid-80s, and love its understated elegance -- these are just such great players!
