This was something that I read on Ed Roman's old site. I wouldn't believe anything that guy said, but I also saw that Rick Nielsen stated that same thing in 'The Ultimate' book? Is this true, and if so, which guitar model? I'm sure it must be splitting hairs, since obviously Kramer and Charvel/Jackson were likely installing them before anyone else, albeit not on a 'production' model?
Also, Ed Roman claims that Hamer was the first guitar company to offer black hardware, exposed coil pickups (??) and to offer graphic finishes as an option. Thanks!!
