Very funny, because it looks like a capacitor, and φ represents electrical flux.  I'm feeling deja vu, though, because I feel like I already answered this question in 1985.

A Russian 0.027 microfarad 600 volt capacitor, possibly non-polarized ( can't see the other side ).

Tolerance: +/_ 5%

I'm very confident that I might be right in most of what I just typed, or....maybe, I don't know.

Ok just kidding.

Yes that would be more at home in a tube amp circuit.

I'm not sure what how that value would affect a p/u circuit, and the voltage rating is not an issue at all.

Russian foil and oil I think. your guitar is going to sound incredible and play fast too, as I think those where designed for jet aircraft. It's a Cap with creds!
