PRS braded solid state amps , these were made in in the late-80's early 90's . I thought they were made in Europe or it was a copy of an European builder.  There was a high end guitar shop up in Chicago (don't remember the name) in the 90's had a pile of them for a while.

It's a 1990ish PRS solid state amp designed by Eric Pritchard.  This was PRS's first attempt at amps.  There are product videos on YouTube demoing the half stack and the combo versions.  I've got the half stack with the 4-12 cab and I like it well enough.

I used to have the combo version. Great sounding amp, especially the clean channel.  I wouldn't say it sounds like a tube amp, but very musical overall.

I had the half stack (serial #007, which was kinda cool!), and Paul was strolling by and stopped to sign the head one day that I had dropped by the shop to show it to a buddy who works there.

It was/is actually a really cool amp, sounded great, and the 4x12 cab is one of the best I’ve used.  
 

Not for everybody, but great sounds out of both channels, and the light up panels and switches were pretty bitchin’.

I still have that VHS that my dealer “loaned” me shortly after I bought my ‘89 Custom 10 Top.  It’s in the case.
