If you use the wrong finish do you have to strip the neck and spray it again, or do you get to make another neck? If you have to make another neck someone could order another body... Re-sand and spray what you want on it. If you want a satin neck, you should do light coats. One extra mil. might make your neck top heavy. Bm

Go to You Tube and type in Guild Guitar Westerly. I can't figure out (As usual-Jackass) how to post the video or post link to You Tube. I'm playing my Westerly Guild S-284 Aviator. I Frankensteined it out. No logo. It was routed for 2 singles and a hum. I blackened out the singles and put one EMG hum in the bridge. One vol. Kahler flat mount trem. I had Newman60 swap out the stock frets for jumbos. I'm playing through my original rackmount Rockman (Sustainer side only), with some delay, through a Marshall AVT 100 combo. The Talladega has Custom Double D single coils by Duncan in it. The Talladega Pro has Duncan Antiquities in it. The roll of the board on the Talladega makes it comfy to play. The Talladega is a little sharper. We should have made a Talladega Pro with no binding on the board. I like the Talladega. The only thing that drives me nuts, is that the volume difference between the Double D's is so great, that you have to bury the neck pickup and raise the bridge up near the strings . It looks fucking ridiculous. Bm
