  1. Same.
  2. I'm late to the party, but just in case no one else has mentioned it, I would suggest enlisting the services of some sort of shipping company.
  3. That approach also gives you the opportunity to reject guitars for sale that you couldn't afford to buy anyway, but still felt like grilling the seller about the weight.
  4. Yet another price drop. Y'all are gonna make me give this guitar away, ain'tcha?
  5. With the same look on his face as in the video thumbnail. He'd get a lot more views if he were pointing indiscriminately at something.
  6. Sony should employ all the experts in this thread and get better advice about how to invest their money and the ROI they can expect. Because, you know, Sony has never demonstrated an ability to turn a profit.
  7. SirDan was texting me about this and I had no idea what he was talking about lol. I missed the thread. Can't attend, unfortunately. Nephew's grad party.
  8. Price drop...and I'm open to offers. Let's get this sumbitch sold!
  9. I thought we called the V the Gemini and the Explorer shape the Apollo.
  10. A couple vids of the Jeffbuckers in action (the first by former/current HFCer @Bruiser Brody:
  11. Open to reasonable offers on this one. What constitutes reasonable? In the parlance of our times: f*** around and find out!
  12. Treat yourself to a set of our own Jeffro's outstanding pickups without the hassle of installing them! They reside in a Schecter Van Nuys PT I purchased new from Sweetwater in 2022. A poor man's Suhr Modern T in every way, right down to the headstock shape and boutique pickups. 100% stock aside from the pickups and Dunlop strap lock buttons. I will reinstall the backplate before shipping. Weight: 8.8 lbs. on my digital scale. Neck: 1.672" W 0.863" D (1st fret); 2.044" W 0.926" D (12th fret) No case or gig bag. Pro tip: if you want one of these guitars for dirt cheap, they are pretty inexpensive used on Reverb. Hell, they're pretty inexpensive new from Sweetwater, GC and other retailers. But none will have the Jeffbuckers (trust me, they are a massive upgrade over the stock pickups) and probably won't have this good of wood figuring and/or dark roasted maple. CONUS shipping only. Zelle and Venmo accepted, as is PayPal (F&F is appreciated if you're comfortable with that; regular PP is fine otherwise). Email is the fastest / easiest way to reach me: hereinliestherub at hotmail dot com
  13. I had an EL34 Shiva for a while (in fact, I'm pretty sure I bought it from you, Ernie). On paper it was the perfect amp for me. In practice I just couldn't get all the way to a sound I liked. Odd how that happens. Even with the top-shelf stuff, you just never know until you plug in and let rip.
