Nope. Buy a 5 string, that bass will not take the added tension, and the spacing will not work. I have converted 4 strings to BEAD for 5 string guys, and that works well and is reversible.

I came aboard in late mid 1997, using a computer at a local coffee shop. I think there were 10 or so members at the time, with only 5 or 6 regularly posting. This site became a pattern for many other sites related to other manufacturers. I have tons of old threads saved, it would be cool to put them somewhere. A great place, and it has certainly had a big impact on my life. I have made some life changing friendships here, and owe Ted a huge debt. The big shame is that the ebb and flow is not documented, there have been so many cool things that were lost with server changes, etc. Bottom line, this is a great place, great people and easily the best forum on the net.

Nah, November was the last gig that they wanted us to play there. My tribulations with this venue are legend, trust me. The Nov gig went SO well, they knew $$$$$ when they saw it. After this gig, even light weight guitars will be hard to bear, the strap hits me in a vulnerable place.

UPDATE: The club was so blown away at the attendance that they asked up back for December 1st. So this WILL be the last Grumpy gig of the ywar, and in April we will hopefully be able to come back out. SO............ Anyone that wants to attend, please do! An HFC presence can make for some wild video, I tell ya! As to the shoulder, I have a THIRD opinion lined up, so we will be sure to get the right surgery and treatment. Thanks for all the emails, I will be fine. My family has a long history of survival.
