I buy guitars to gig with ...that's what they're for. I'm bummed that I've dinged up the soft spruce on my Duotone. I'm bummed that my forearm has worn through the finish on my Studio. I'm bummed that my Centaura is a true Hamer relic.... NOT!!!!! but that's just me, I ain't purty neither

I gotta go with getting creaky, like throwing out my back carrying the 4x12 up & downstairs ( I DON'T need help fer chrissakes, I'm a MAN) or the arthritis setting in the knuckles of my fret hand, or my knee aching all winter or.......Grandad told me that getting old ain't for sissies.

i remeber lord tracy! i thought they'd be big when they came out. terry was the original singer for pantera back in their spandex/cover tune days. barney was an amazing shredding bassist (ala billy sheenan), he used to play for lightning (big 70's/early 80's texas band), went on tour w/ the cult after lord tracy split. Actually, the guy who got me into Lord Tracy was from Chi-town and he talked me into trying ( and buying) my first Hamer! WOO HOOOO!!

5 years for the '95 Studio. I bought it used in 2000- and it ain't going anywhere, lol. The Duotone I bought from Robbie last year is a CLOSE second though. Damn, I used to be a Strat guy.
