  1. This is the guitar in question...
  2. Just have to outlast me to get one back...
  3. I know. I think I sent Dave a possible name, but they archived the RobinLovers Forum and it's gone. Fleetwood isn't up there on my favorites either. And please correct me at any opportunity that presents itself. I'll feel at home...
  4. Actually, it is an RM Prototype. The fourth one finished was the first "Fleetwood". I owned the RM Special-style proto in the picture too. Like a dumb ass, I sold it.
  5. I had the cherry Reverse Machete "RM" Proto out last week. The cherry one...
  6. The body is a little thicker on the 594.
  7. Chris will tell you that I've been chasing it for years. I'm nothing, if not persistent!
  8. Yup. Fantastic. Now sell me that Baker. You know. The ugly sunburst one!
  9. Incredible guitar. McCarty III pickups are so good...no sleeve on me (Lauzon Music in Ottawa)
  10. I remember the horror on Catie Couric's face on the Today Show when Danny told her he could remember hearing music in his crib. It was priceless. She had no idea she was in the presence of greatness.
  11. Asking more than double the value precludes me from asking, "How much for just one"? Are they selling three?
  12. I love just about anything that's NOS. I remember Gil Southworth had a 1956 Tweed Fender Deluxe in a box never opened. They steamed it open and pulled the amp out at the Dallas Guitar show in 1989 or 1990. Totally cool. Great guitar. If it was two buckers, it would already be sold.😎
  13. He asked. I said, "Sure". Simple.
  14. Soon to arrive. Greg played it as some live gigs and re-cut the nut after the break-in period. Oh, boy!
  15. Not mine... Hamer Sunburst 1979 all Original - Factory Special Binding - Crown Inlays - w/OHSC - CLEAN AND RARE | Reverb
  16. Kind of answers itself. If you can have both... There are specific uses for each. You never know.
  17. Well, it's officially complete. Damn...
  18. I got a '79 from Ernie for like $1,650 about five years ago. I had to re-fret it. It's one of the best guitars I own. I could, however, be persuaded to part with it for that kind of money.
  19. The highly elusive device that increases sustain 31% on average or some shit... I only need sustain up to the point of changing chords or playing the next note. Stupid...
  20. That's F'd up. Why not just load two Mother-Buckers in it and put a Wunderbar on? Geez... And a FatHead too.
  21. Well, it's easier than changing out the pickguard...
