  1. Chris, I should have a set in chrome. Let me check tonight and I'll get back to you. Nick
  2. Now, now Greg. Be nice!
  3. Happy Birthday Johnny. To many, many more!
  4. I voted for Metallica too, although they are not rock. Have to agree with the others that they were relevant up until Justice For All. Ride the Lightning, Master of Puppets and Garage Days is definitely the shit.
  5. Pirateflynn, If you change your mind, let me know, I want it! You can e-mail me at sifakis AT ca DOT ibm DOT com. Nick
  6. Chris, your buddy has some pretty big ears!!!
  7. 93 Diablo. Black thank you very much.
  8. I agree with Tom. A Standard (doesn't have to be a custom) finished in anything but '59 burst. How about super-cool Tobacco burst with no red in it?
  9. James Hetfield Dimebag Randy Rhoads
  10. Hello Bill, I am very sorry for your loss. My sympathies amd condolences. In greek, we say "life to us" when someone passes. Nick
  11. Yeah, that is cool!
  12. James Hetfield would be proud! Excellent!
  13. Fantastic! Now that is some great news. All the best. Nick P.S. Give Austin an extra big hug before a kick in the pants for busting his pencils!!!
  14. I'm sure they are fine but the not knowing can drive you mad. I have an 11 month old girl and would go insane if I didn't know if she or her mother were fine. This is the least that anyone can do.
  15. Mark, e-mail me the number and I'll call on your behalf. Nick sifakis AT ca DOT ibm DOT com
  16. Blow it out your ass, Peso. Behind the dumpster at lunch boobie -boy! Take it to the sub-basement...that's where it goes down!
  17. So friggin' true.
  18. Last year was the first time that I had attended the Open House and I must say that I had such a great time. It was nice to meet other people from the forum, the people responsible for such high quality instruments and see some of the crazy guitars coming out of the factory. I don't think that the expense that Hamer incurs because of this one day is that prohibitive. Not only are custom orders being placed that day, but many future sales are done because people get to see the magic behind these guitars. I've been out of the guitar world for nearly 10 years. Since June 2004, I have purchased 5 Hamers. They are all used except for one. The way that I see it is, that, although I have not bought many new guitars, I have enabled others who wished to buy new by purchasing their old guitars. I think that I've done my part in a very small way. I don't really know much of the dealer wars and so on, but I would really hope that Hamer opens their doors to us next year. It would be a shame not to be able to participate again.
  19. Totally agree. So much less fuss than TOM bridges and they look so c ler too!
  20. The boys at Hamer outdo themselves each time. Congrats on a stellar guitar!
  21. I normally use Ernie Ball 10-46 but have tried Snake Oil and DR. I think I'll stick to Ernie Ball or DR but don't think that I'll be re-ordering the Snake Oil brand. I don't like the feel of them and I don't find their tone any better than the other 2 brands. Nick
  22. Artist for sale on this forum
  23. I have 3 nice ones but unfortunately they are not for sale. I'll post some pix just to get you drooling...just kidding, just kidding!!! Nick
  24. I would say between $700 and $1100 depending on options. Nick
  25. I think I can swing it as well. Nick
