  1. Especially, because the factory restored refinish is easily outpacing the all originals.
  2. One must understand that a „factory restored refinish“ accounts for twice the labor cost gone in it from the factory, considered that the 2nd workload accounts at a much higher rate compared to 1st. Just count the numbers, guys.
  3. The wise speaking: “Never touch a running system.“
  4. Great clip! The guitar looks quite like a bass for its long neck.
  5. That sounds like a nice idea. I think it requires a good level of Chinese language pronunciation skills before coming to sing the lyrics.
  6. My latest NGD had been an Artist. The pickups it came with are nice, but... What I have been missing out so far were Gretsch style sounds in a Hamer. I think the Artist would do nicely with its half semi hollow body style. My research pulled up the characteristic of the 'Tron pickups vs. i.e. humbuckers. Which is good to know. Still, there are plenty of options to choose from. And, finally, its about sound rather then technique. Assumed is that 500k pots would remain valid for this case. What is the sound wise best choice of a 'Tron pickup for the Artist? What is the pickup ring best choice for the best chosen pickups? What is the best capacitor value working for the best chosen pickups? Yesterday, I had a chance to grap a Mojo Tone set that's going to arrive in a few days. Maybe different brands for either neck or bridge would do the trick. However, I would buy and try other options though.
  7. She seems to be an actual pop phenomenon. However, I can‘t tell of a single song I know of her. Nothing to blame here, but it seems that I’m fully out of anything popular music, although, I‘m listening to music all day.
  8. Sorry to hear about another loss. RIP Kurt.
  9. I remember the building story of the guitar and video footage right after. A dream guitar for sure.
  10. Build in flickering lights connected to the bridge pickup. So, it flickers to your playing. Use different colors for different frequency ranges. Kind of like a light organ.
  11. There‘s always a new way to reinvent the wheel, you know.
  12. Found this in the large stash of digipics on cloud today. Picture taken 10 years ago. Still here, still played, still gorgeous.
