The Shark Posted June 29, 2024 Posted June 29, 2024 (edited) I'm going to post this here, before I send it to the "Verb". This is a 2011 '58 Historic Les Paul with the thicker '58 neck. It's really rare in that it's Pelham Blue and not from any special run. According to Gibson, they have no special order or anything in their records that makes this anything more than a really cool all Pelham Blue '58. It's all stock with the usual wear and surface scratches of a thirteen year old guitar. But nothing that detracts from the guitar. A little "age" on the parts (like a VOS). Some small scratches on the black plastic covers on the back. And the center seam is visible, but not from further away than you holding the guitar. The fact that Gibson says it's nothing "special" was the reason I bought it. I've not seen another 2011 '58 in Pelham Blue. And the finish is gorgeous. GUITAR IS SOLD.
