Says the brown case with pink lining is original - never seen that - fantastic if it's true.

Actually, it might be original; I had a brown Hamer USA-labelled case with the pink lining. It had the same fabric covered square pad that leaves impressions behind the bridge like all the early Hamer cases. I think that case went to Bubs with a red Prototype in it a few years back...

I have seen those as well.  I’m not sure if they were for a European dealer or if I’m just misremembering that one…
