There's an older (04 maybe) model available for a little less money. Looks like it has the old style Bigsby where you had to run the strings under the bar.

I like the newer style Bigsby. Absolutely squeals like a pig.

To me the Bigsby’s look the same. 
 

It is a matter of choice whether to run the strings over or under the bar. 
 

In my view under the bar is the proper way.
