crunchee Posted May 10, 2025 Posted May 10, 2025 This is a recent TV commercial, not an old one, just saw it again this afternoon. Paul Stanley is 73, Billy Idol is 69. I woulda expected them to be advertising holidays/vacations or hotels or something more restful and leisurely instead:

There are maybe 3 voices in RnR that can't be imitated; Paul, Layne Staley, and Janis Joplin.
velorush Posted May 11, 2025 Posted May 11, 2025 Saw the same commercial and my comment was, "how much did Workday have to pay?" But here we are talking about it...

I'm guessing "BAMFs" are not considered their target market and that our discussion would be a peripheral supporting side effect and merely indicative of intended effect in their true target market (i.e., non-BAMFs). 🤔
scottcald Posted May 12, 2025 Posted May 12, 2025 The other funny part is neither Paul nor Billy are scheduling anything. I was waiting for a “like a rockstar” tagline.
