currypowder Posted December 3, 2006 Posted December 3, 2006 I have an extra Hamer case that is too large for my Sunburst, but too small for a 335 type guitar. I've been informed that it is a Newport case by someone much more knowledgeable than I (see below). The inside dimensions are 14" across at the widest point of the guitar body and then 10.5" across for the thinner part of the guitar body. It's not in perfect shape and two of the latches are broken. But it's solid. $20 plus shipping.

It's a moot point, however, as it looks like you won't be picking up the special due to a flakey seller!George - I found some replacement latches here:http://www.stewmac.comSearch for item 1631. It's not an exact replacement, but pretty close.
