Looking for Newport

Hello folks...

I'm kicking tires and beating the bushes. I'm looking for a Newport Pro with a thinner profile neck. I am open to color. I'm in the Bryan/College Station area in Texas and would welcome any opportunity to actually play one of these.

Finally got mine recently (thanks, BadgerDave) and it has not been in its case since it came home a couple of months ago. With a dozen Hamers, to have any one of them stay in the top of the batting order for that long is high praise, indeed. NOW I get what everybody's been raving about.

Ok... now I know exactly what I'm looking for. It is a Newport Pro Custom with Flame top and back in natural.... woo hoo! I was checking them out on the Hamer page and saw this exact guitar in the custom shop section. Of course, I may get something else... but that's the exact guitar I want. Anyone just happen to have one under their bed?
