Hamer usa replacement logos

I know I asked this quite a while ago, but I just wanted to double check and see. Does anyone know of somewhere to get Hamer USA logos for a refinished headstock? I know I can get import Hamer logos, I've seen a couple on ebay. I was just curious if someone knows of a location to get a USA logo.

Anything you see for sale is a repro since Hamer does not sell their logos - neither the USA nor the Imports.

You could probably have a decal shop make one, but Hamer uses a dry transfer instead of a waterslide decal format. I've seen some people get them done out of microthin vinyl, like from a custom sign shop.

The headstock is not already refinished. But it might look kind of silly if I have the body and neck painted and leave it like this:

The guitar has been stripped down to the mahogany and the serial number lost in the process so it no longer has collector's value. Can't think that I'm really going to ruin anything by using a different logo or no logo at all. I found some waterslide Hamer decals on ebay, but of course, they are import logos. In all honesty, it doesn't really matter to me if it has a logo or not. The guitar is going to be a USA Hamer at the core.

What do you guys think, leave the headstock as is, refinish with different logo/import logo/no logo?

Hamer can put a headstock logo on a guitar and clear coat it for a fee if they have time. The missing serial number may kill the deal.

The water slide logos on eBay are not from the import guitars, they are someone's knock-off.

There was a thread here about a source for reproduction logos that look good.

Hmmm.....I know a very handsome young man that works at a custom sign shop.

I ran into this exact issue. Some former owner genius painted over the serial numbers (with not one, but at least TWO different finishes) so it's long gone. I left the old logo on and just reshot around the rest of the headstock. The poor abused thing already looks like a relic so I think it's fine.
